What is the processing time for custom orders?
All orders are made to order and processing time takes up to 1-2 weeks.
What is a preorder?
A preorde is an order placed for an item that is not currently in stock, they are shipped to the customer once available at a later date.

The processing time for preorders is 1 month.
Do you ship overseas?
Lanadeene Swimwear ships products worldwide via General Post Office and upon request FedEx, DHL or UPS can be used.
General Post office - 2 weeks (plus processing time)
FedEx, UPS, DHL - 2 days
Can I return/exchange a product?
Lanadeene Swimwear only accepts exchanges, we will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed with hang tags and hygiene liners attached or defective merchandise. If you are not satisfied please send us an email.
Will you refund stolen or lost items?
We will not refund for lost or stolen packages. Lanadeene Swimwear will not refund for shipping delays. Once packages are shipped and a tracked number is provided, we are not responsible for transit time.
Local shipping cost
We offer free shipping to all local customers.
International shipping cost
Depending on the shipping quarrier of your choice, shipping cost is calculated after your order is placed.
Do you offer adjustments on your swimwear.
Yes we do offer free adjustments, free adjustments are only made to Lanadeene's Swimwear
Do you offer custom?
All Lanadeene pieces can be customized. Get excited with different prints and colours. Scowl down to "Custom Orders" and place your order by requesting your preferred fabric/style of your choice.
When do I place my order?
All orders should be placed 2 weeks to a month in advance to allow for processing time.
Can I have my swimsuit made in another color or print that is not available on your website?
We always aim to make our customers love our products and feel unique. Feel free to fill out our "Custom Order Form" to the bottom of the website.
